Luis Felipe Colón-González obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences and Psychology at the University of Puerto Rico and obtained his law degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. His practice is mainly dedicated to civil and administrative law. He was appointed assistant-secretary for the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico by Governor Rafael Hernández Colón. He has specialized in environmental law and has provided services to the Puerto Rico Ports Authority and to various municipalities within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He has also lectured at the Interamerican University, School of Law, in the field of environmental law.
Attorney Colón-González served as an officer in the United States Air Force and was assigned to the Space and Missile Test Center at the Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. He also served in the Air Force Aero Propulsion Laboratory (AFAPL) in Dayton, Ohio.
Currently, Attorney Colón-González serves as consultant to C. Conde & Associates in all civil cases, specifically those that involve environmental liabilities and administrative claims.
