We are a boutique Law Firm, created in 1996 and located in historic Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, home of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico. We specialize in assisting clients on financial turnarounds, restructuring of debts, formal reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code and for creditors, our services provide the maximum recovery of their claims.
